You Heal U will be providing Yoga classes at the Chesterfield Community Center. Classes are taught by Kimberly Hall, Certified Yoga Instructor and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Our mission is to move through life, increase their well-being, learn new skills, and have fun doing it all.
8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Morning Yoga!
All levels welcome yoga, no experience necessary. We’ll begin our day together, moving, breathing, grounding, centering. Gain confidence, balance, strength, and greater sense of well-being.
9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. Chair Yoga!
A gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Chair yoga classes is for anyone who may find a typical yoga session challenging. Improve balance and strength to assist with everyday activities.
10:45 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Kids Yoga Fun!
Ages 5-10 Yoga is a great way to build physical, mental, and social strength in young children. AND yoga is a fun way for kids to build fine and gross motor skills. These classes are full of fun songs, active games, and lots of laughter and play.

All Veterans are welcome to our Veteran Peer Support Group & Forums. We will hold a meeting once a month to discuss various topics as well as have speakers. This is an open forum for Vets to share, connect with other Vets, provide information, data, and provide direction to resources that can assist other Veterans.
Topics: Each month the group will tackle a different topic... PTSD, VA Claims, Coping Strategies, Jobs, VA Benefits, Family Issues, Support Agencies for Vets, Emotional Distress, Housing, Homelessness, Women Veterans, and more.

Interested in sports, programs, camps, being outside, having an active lifestyle? The City of Chesterfield, Sports and Wellness division is hosting a one-day Shadow Program this spring for students to have hands-on experience on what the Parks and Recreation field looks like!
This is a great learning experience for anyone in high school (freshmen through seniors) unsure of what they want to do for their future. This program will allow students to gain knowledge and understanding in the Parks and Recreation Administration and the Sports Management field!
Come shadow a Parks, Recreation & Arts Department Recreation Specialist in the Sports and Wellness division!

Discover Snorkeling is a way to introduce participants to the fun of snorkeling. A Y-kiki Divers staff member will spend time with you reviewing what you can expect to see, the importance of properly fitting a mask, making the right fin choice, and going over the differences between snorkels. We’ll offer tips and demonstrate techniques.
