Comprehensive Plan

On September 30, 2020 the City of Chesterfield Planning Commission adopted updates to the Comprehensive Plan after months of public engagement with residents, businesses, elected officials, property owners, and staff.

The Comprehensive Plan is a long-range policy document that establishes a vision for the future of the City of Chesterfield.  It provides policy guidance for growth and conservation, as well as outlines goals and strategies to achieve the vision. Through implementation of these polices, goals and strategies, the City of Chesterfield can use this document to guide the future of development and progress within the City.

Questions regarding applicability and interpretation of the Comprehensive Plan should be directed to the "Planner of the Day" at 636-537-4733 or pod@chesterfield.mo.us.
