River's Edge Park Rules & Regulations

River’s Edge Park is open to the public from sunrise to sunset.

U.S. Coast Guard Approved Personal Flotation Device is required on the water.

Children must be supervised at all times on ramp and dock.

Motor-free boats are welcome in the lake; however, must be portaged from the road. All motor vehicles or motor boats are prohibited in the lake. No trolling motors.

All state fishing regulations apply. Visit the Missouri Department of Conservation website at mdc.mo.gov/fishing/fishing-regulations for more information. All participants must have a Missouri Fishing License.

No trotline, jug or tree limb line fishing.
- One fishing pole per person.
- For safety reasons, the following activities are prohibited: swimming, diving, hunting, camping, ice skating and skateboarding. No glass bottles, tobacco products or weapons of any kind. Fireworks or explosives are also not permitted in the park.
- River's Edge Park is not a catch & release fishing location.
