April 7, 2020 General Municipal Election
Candidate filing for the office of Councilmember, in each of the City's four (4) wards, begins at 8:00 am on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, and ends at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, January 21, 2020.
Candidates for April 7, 2020 General Municipal Election:

Mary Ann Mastorakos (incumbent)
Edward "Ted" Read
Michael Moore (incumbent)
Tom DeCampi (incumbent)
Candidates for City Council must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age prior to taking office, a citizen of the United States, a resident of the City for one (1) year prior to the election, and a resident of the ward from which he/she is to be elected for six (6) months prior to the election.
Candidate Filing Process
Candidate filing takes place in the office of the City Clerk in accordance with Candidate Filing Procedures.
- Candidates complete the Declaration of Candidacy form in the presence of the City Clerk.
- Candidates fill out Candidate Acknowledgment of the summary of all laws over which the Missouri Ethics Commission has enforcement.

You may register to vote at City Hall or most St. Louis County public libraries. The Missouri Voter Registration Application is also available online at www.stlouisco.com/elections.
