Tai Chi for Arthritis for Fall Prevention
Mondays & Thursdays
Developed by Dr. Paul Lam, and endorsed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as “one of the most effective exercises to prevent falls, improve health, and the quality of life”, can help lower risk for falling.  The program incorporates a series of gentle, pain-free movements and is evidence based; it has been proven by medical studies to improve the health of older adult participants.
