CITY OF CHESTERFIELD - PUBLIC NOTICE
EXECUTIVE SESSION (CLOSED MEETING)
WEDNESDAY, MAY 27, 2020

An Executive Session (closed meeting) has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at 5:30 pm.  Due to the recommendations of the President, the Governor, and the CDC, we will be conducting the meeting virtually.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide the opportunity for confidential communication by/among the City’s elected officials, their City Attorney and appropriate City Staff. 

The discussion during this Executive Session is scheduled to include the following:

(1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys

(2) Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate
