An Executive Session (closed meeting) has been scheduled to take place immediately following the Agenda Review Meeting, on February 3, 2020, which, itself, is scheduled to begin at 6pm.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide the opportunity for confidential communication by/among the City’s elected officials, the City Attorney and appropriate City Staff.
The discussion during this Executive Session is scheduled to include the following:
(1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys.
(2) Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate
(3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees by a public governmental body when personal information about the employee is discussed or recorded.
(13) Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment.
E-mail is only monitored during normal business hours and any condition that requires a response during non-business hours should be reported to the police department at 537-3000
