EXECUTIVE SESSION (CLOSED MEETING)

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2020

An Executive Session (closed meeting) has been scheduled to take place immediately following the Agenda Review Meeting on, Wednesday, February 19, 2020, which itself, is scheduled to begin at 6:30pm.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide the opportunity for confidential communication by/among the City’s elected officials, their City Attorney and appropriate City Staff. 

The discussion during this Executive Session is scheduled to include the following:

(1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys.

(2) Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate
