Join a St. Luke’s Hospital Pharmacist to learn about proper medication management and how to better understand your medication list. Empower yourself with the knowledge to have discussions with your healthcare providers. Bring your medicine questions.

November 15 - Healthy Hands

Join a St. Luke’s Hospital Occupational Therapist to learn about taking care of your hands throughout your life. All abilities are welcome and those with Parkinson’s and arthritis are encouraged to attend. Learn simple hand and arm exercises to support your joints and muscles.

November 29 - Power to Your Posture

Improving your posture takes muscular control and power, but the payoff is more than looking good. It affects your coordination, balance and flexibility, just to name a few. Led by a St. Luke’s Hospital Exercise Physiologist, this presentation discusses the benefits of good posture, the importance of maintaining it and ways to improve it.
