Chief's Adolescent Advisory Board

The Chief of Police meets at least twice in each school year with student representatives from each high school located within the City of Chesterfield. Parkway West, Parkway Central & Marquette students select a representative from each of the grade levels, who meet with the Chief to discuss topics of interest for both the teens and the police department. This effort has lead to better communication between teenagers and the police department as well as several projects initiated by the Advisory Board to educate fellow teenagers on issues or concerns in the community. Chief Johnson considers this program an important part of the Department's Community Policing Philosophy.
