THE PLANNING COMMISSION VOTED ON THE FOLLOWING:

New Spirit Energy Convenience Store (Circle K) 4th Amended Architectural Elevations: Amended Architectural Elevations and Project Narrative for a 0.84 acre tract of land zoned “PC” Planned Commercial District located on the southeast side of the intersection of Clayton Rd. and Wildwood Pkwy.

: A request for a five-year renewal of a temporary structure previously approved by the Planning Commission for a 1.85 acre parcel of land zoned “C-8” – Planned Commercial District and located south of Chesterfield Airport Road and west of Baxter Road (17T240201).

Spirit Valley Business Park II (P.Z. 42-2007 Time Extension Request)
:  A request for a one (1) year extension of time to commence construction for a 27.4 acre tract of land zoned “PI” Planned Industrial District located south of Olive Street Road and west of Wardenburg Road.
