Executive Session of Planning Commission - Public Notice

 

Under provisions provided by RSMo 610.021(1), notice is hereby given that members of the City of Chesterfield Planning Commission will meet in an EXECUTIVE SESSION (closed meeting) on Monday, August 11, 2014. The meeting will be held in Conference Room 101 at Chesterfield City Hall, 690 Chesterfield Parkway West.  The purpose of this meeting will be to enable confidential and privileged communication among the City Attorney and the Planning Commission members.  This meeting is scheduled to occur after the end of the SITE PLAN/WORK SESSION meeting, which will begin at 6:15 p.m. on Monday, August 11, 2014.
