As provided by RSMo 610.021 (1), an EXECUTIVE SESSION (closed meeting) of the Planning & Public Works Committee has been scheduled to take place at the end of the Committee meeting, which is scheduled to begin at 5:30 PM, on Thursday, June 18, 2009. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss privileged communications between the City's representatives and its attorneys.
