NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Chesterfield will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 7:00 pm, in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, 690 Chesterfield Parkway West, Chesterfield, Missouri 63017.

Said Hearing will be as follows:

P.Z. 05-2017 Villages at Bonhomme Creek (704 Alrick, LLC): A request for a zoning map amendment from the “FPC7” Flood Plain General Extensive Commercial and “C7” General Extensive Commercial Districts to a “UC” Urban Core District for 11.73 acres located on the north side of Old Chesterfield Road east of its intersection with Santa Maria Drive and north of its intersection with Wild Horse Creek Road (17T320071).

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

A tract of land being part of U. S. Survey 2031 in Township 45 North Range 4 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, and containing 511,541 square feet or 11.73 acres more or less.

Excepting therefrom a plot of ground 30 feet square situated north of Olive Street Road and south of Bonhomme Creek for purpose of a graveyard as excepted in deed recorded in Book 23 Page 39 and Book 36 Page 140 of the St. Louis County Records.
