THE PLANNING COMMISSION VOTED ON THE FOLLOWING:

 Review of City of Chesterfield Ordinance 1430
MOTION RECOMMENDING TO PLANNING & PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE THAT ORDINANCE 1430 IS NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY’S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PASSED BY A VOTE OF 8 TO 0.
