NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Chesterfield will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 9, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Chesterfield City Hall, 690 Chesterfield Parkway West, Chesterfield, Missouri 63017.
Said Hearing will be as follows:
P.Z. 02-2015 Falling Leaves Estates II (1925 & 1921 Wilson Ave): A request for a zoning map amendment from an “R-1” Residential District to a “PUD” Planned Unit Development for 17.37 acres located on the west side of Wilson Avenue south of its intersection with Chamfers Farm Road and north of its intersection with Wilson Farm Drive (19T220214 & 19T210161).
