Chesterfield Named Top 10 Town and Releases New Video

The February edition of Missouri Life magazine names Chesterfield a "Top Ten Town" in Missouri. Towns with a population between 2,500 to 50,000 were considered for this designation, and Chesterfield was name the #2 Top Ten Town! The first round of criteria was based on having favorable data in the three criteria of education, crime and employment statistics. Next, they included an evaluation of a town's qualify of life including amenities available to residents such as health care, restaurants, libraries, theaters, performing arts, parks, trails and religious denominations and also infrastructure attributes including recycling programs, sales taxes, household income and air quality. Local business owner Paul Manno was interviewed for the article, saying, "It's that small-town feel, you know. It's kind of like a privilege to live in this area."
